The short version
TWENTY is built to be private. Your workouts and settings live on your device, not on our servers. We don’t run accounts, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use third-party analytics or trackers. The only data that leaves your phone is what’s strictly needed to handle subscriptions, and (on the website) your email if you join the waitlist.
What we collect, and why
On your device (we never see it)
Your workout history, preferences, and progress are stored locally on your device. They aren’t transmitted to us and we have no server-side copy. If you delete the app, that data is gone with it.
Subscriptions & purchases
If you subscribe to TWENTY Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple, and we use RevenueCat to verify and manage your subscription status. To do this, RevenueCat processes a randomly-generated app user ID, your subscription/transaction status, and basic device and country information. We do not receive your name or payment details — Apple handles all billing. We use this only to unlock Pro features and restore your purchase.
Waitlist (website only)
If you enter your email on our website to join the launch waitlist, we collect that email address (through Formspree) for the sole purpose of notifying you when the app launches. We won’t sell it or use it for anything else, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
What we don’t collect
- No accounts, logins, names, or passwords
- No advertising identifiers and no ads
- No third-party analytics or behavioral tracking
- No location, contacts, photos, or health-app data
Who processes data on our behalf
We share data only with the service providers needed to run TWENTY, and only for that purpose. We never sell your data.
- Apple — App Store billing (see Apple’s privacy policy)
- RevenueCat — subscription management (privacy policy)
- Formspree — website waitlist emails (privacy policy)
- Netlify — hosts this website (standard server logs)
How long we keep it
On-device data stays until you delete the app. Subscription records are retained by Apple/RevenueCat as needed to manage your subscription. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
- Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Delete your on-device data by deleting the app.
- Remove your waitlist email by emailing us (below).
Children
TWENTY is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
